Pay
This is made up of your basic salary, plus any incentives and bonuses you are entitled to in your role.
Pension
We will make a contribution to your pension, over and above your own.
Benefits
We offer a wide range of benefits, which includes a flexible benefits cash sum (4% of salary) which is added to your pay and which you can 'invest' in the benefits you want - or to take as cash if you prefer. You could even 'sell' some of the benefits that come as part of your standard package. For example, you could exchange up to 5 days holiday for cash, or you could use some of your salary, as well as the cash sum, to take advantage of the benefits featured below.
