As part of a £100m Business Integration project they require a Risk Analyst to join their integration team.
You will support the Risk Manager in developing an effective approach to engaging with the project portfolio managed by the Strategic Change function
Support the mechanisms designed to ensure risks being introduced by the project portfolio are promptly identified and escalated for the appropriate action to be taken.
Help to maintain the reporting mechanisms that ensure project portfolio exposures are effectively communicated to the relevant audience
§ Help facilitate effective risk management training to all relevant areas involved in project management
Support the mechanisms that enable the effective engagement of the wider Risk Management function (Compliance and Legal)
Liaise with all levels of the business and review the effectiveness and ongoing adherence of systems, controls and processes, suggesting recommendations to improve as necessary
Help the business to understand its Group Change Policy obligations and provide comfort that such obligations are being met
Where necessary engage with Divisional colleagues to help facilitate good GI project management

Experience
Worked within a risk and control environment or change environment
Understanding of the Group Risk Management Framework (particularly in relation to Change management) and its application in GI
Experience of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
This role is offered on a 12 month fixed term basis.
