HR Systems Administrator
Our client, a large Financial Services Organisation based in London are currently looking to appoint a HR Systems Administrator to work within the Learning & Development function. Reporting to the Team Manager, the role will involve providing support, advice and guidance to resolve user problems with HR/L&D systems and applications. Duties will include:- Loading & Managing Data and learning content
- Responding to user requests and enquiries
- Registering problems
- Ensuring data and content integrity and identifying first line course of action
- Escalating issues where necessary
Applicants will have hands on experience within a busy office environment maintaining applications, resolving problems and escalating issues when required. Excellent communication and problem solving skills will also be required to succeed in this environment.
