Marketing Campaign Manager

The Channel Marketing Campaign Manager role is focussed on the pursuit of GI Home, Motor & Creditor growth aspirations within the Retail Bank. This role has full internal and external campaign/project responsibility including the planning, execution and delivery of campaigns across all offline media (including outdoor and in branch).
Key accountabilities are expected to include:
• Planning, executing and reviewing the performance of internal & external campaign activity to drive increased seller advocacy & sales to meet General Insurance performance objectives
• Work closely with agencies/suppliers and the Customer Marketing team to execute the marketing strategy. You’ll work with colleagues to that marketing efforts are co-ordinated, effective and consumer focused
• Producing timely communications focussed on the pursuit of insurance growth aspirations
• Full 'pre sale' Retail Marketing Communications responsibility (including sales promotion mechanics, incentives and sales aids)
• Working closely with the agency/supplier to shape the media channel mix and creative execution to ensure that return on investment is maximised
• Develop individual internal and external campaign communication plans, to ensure that individual campaigns contribute to business goals. This will include the management and delivery of tactical initiatives as well as longer term strategic campaigns
• Ensuring that campaigns/projects, comply with policy, quality standards, budget, deadlines, branding/other guidelines and legal and compliance requirements
• Regular and timely reporting on campaign performance and marketing effectiveness including sales, GWP, income and NPV payback
Key capabilities sought:
• A proven track record of Marketing Campaign management and of delivering end to end campaigns for different product lines. B2C exposure would be highly desirable
• Well developed influencing and stakeholder management skills coupled with the ability to deliver business results
• Delivery focussed with an ability to achieve results in a complex organisation
• Experience of marketing communications, the utilisation of insight and research, marketing planning and marketing product delivery
• Good working knowledge of Proposition Development
