Campaign Manager – 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Accountabilities:
• Responsible for the execution of the existing customer communications strategy across brand, product, channel and customer segment to drive customer advocacy and enhance business performance within an agreed set of KPI's
• Develop insight led retention campaigns ensuring clear alignment to the customer strategy and propositions delivered by the Customer Marketing team
• Responsible for the creative development of retention marketing campaigns to ensure Financial Promotions and meet relevant principles
• Responsible for the measurement, tracking and reporting of individual retention marketing campaigns ensuring delivery of the pre-agreed targets are achieved and decisively taking remedial action if required
• Responsible for the delivery of internal communication campaigns to the retention telephony teams and the creation of the toolkits for the frontline colleagues to ensure consistency of messaging and treatment across brand
• Build, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the Products and Marketing team and within the wider GI business
• Develop and agree content of campaign briefs to meet planned objectives and which provide clear direction for campaigns, obtaining sign off from key stakeholders
• Responsible for the creative testing with customers of campaigns pre and post launch, taking remedial action to enhance campaigns to improve cut through and effectiveness

Key Capabilities/ Knowledge:
• Knowledge and experience of the end to end marketing mix, in particular the principles of customer relationship marketing to large scale budgets
• A good understanding of customer segmentation and the role communications play in attracting different groups of customers
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders. Ability to influence change with a strong track record of results delivery
• Data literate, understanding the role and importance of data in campaign execution and measurement
• Degree qualified or of graduate calibre, Marketing Diploma or equivalent with a background in communications/direct marketing
