MI Business/Systems Analyst

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced MI Business/Systems Analyst to join our Supplier Development team to co-ordinate, prepare and analyse comprehensive management information (MI) and other information in support of the team.
Key Accountabilities
• Responsible for the development of future MI software capability together with an in depth understanding of that software to support delivery of Supplier developments objectives.
• Carry out detailed analysis of the Supply Chain& supplier performance to identify and steer opportunities to enhance customer experience and add business value.
• Produce weekly/ monthly supply chain & supplier reports.
• Develop benefits tracking methodology.
• Monitor and track the benefits of initiatives.
• Development of metrics/KPIs in order to create appropriate management dashboards to interrogate various data sources and lead installation of metrics/KPIs into the Supply Chain & supplier database.
• Ad hoc data extraction and analysis to support Supply Chain & supplier related strategies.
• Develop and maintain of commodity analysis reports.
• Work closely with Home Claims Architect to ensure benefits are not tracked adequately and are not duplicated.
• Establish effective partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Champion new ideas that could make a difference and gain stakeholder support by putting forward persuasive, logical business cases and presentations.
• Maintain/develop software/a tool to manage 3rd party accounts.
